Are there any Available Modding Tools for This game?? as a modder myself im interested in modding it Complete Overhaul as for me The game is Great. But the way they present was  somewhat not  great (no offense)  ill point it out

1.)Human-Alien War but somehow i never saw human Ships fighting alone against the alien it didnt give us that atmosphere.
2.)Solo Fight- 3 ships faceoff against an Entire invading race 
3.)Missions are meh go here destroy this you are the last hope for mankind side quest for mercs and their ships arent really that good
4.)Not much Audio its really cool if they had one like "Contact Contact Enemy Ships warping in 4 Seconds" this will give us some Dramatic Effects 
5.)Repetitive Grinding well there goes go here wipe them out we need their scraps to buy weapons
6.) Small Map theres like 50 or so Places you can go in a map

that is the limitations of the games that i liked to point out But anyways i really Enjoyed Playing this Game Especially on My Phone kept me up until 2 am at times but the limitations are upsetting as it always seem it is lacking many things but if you can give us the right Modding tools we can mod this game to a greater extent see Mount and Blade,TW franchise,AOE2,RONEE modding keeps game alive so even if you guys are busy making your new game we can make this game enjoyable to be played by everyone who Bought this game and prolongs the gameplay. if you can give us a modding tool or tell us how make a guide? i believe we can improve this

Good day, Commanders! The game is progressing well. We've been working on creating different kinds of effects the past month, and as a result we are now able to show you some first explosions we have. The ships are pretty much fully destructible, but in regards to what the limits will be in the end is still open. It's really cool to destroy the whole ship though!

When the hull gets breached there is an leakage of oxygen and other gases, creating all kinds of trouble aboard the ship. The speed of the leakage is not really realistic, but could provide for a nice game play feature.

So this is a broad outline of a turn-based game I would love to play:
 * large focus on ship boarding and intraship conflict (crew vs. crew) ala FTL but with xcom-like combat.
 * ship to ship combat - but aim is to capture ship or contents most of the time.
 * planet/ground missions large open universe, off-rails exploration (procedurally generated?)
 * faction campaigns/multiple game endings
 * multi-level ships/maps with gravity, electronics, defense systems
 * different ship environments depending on race e.g. toxic atmosphere, high gravity, vaccum, total darkness.
 * Support from your ship available during boarding e.g. call for fire on particular parts of the hull to depressurize rooms, heat signature movements scans, electronic interference/hacking .
 * persistant and level-upable crew with side-stories
 * Technology increases available through salvage and factions?
 * missions could be timed by distress beacons going off, with tech needed to detect when help/'space police' arrive.  Different timings based on system/area protection levels. Blocking of distress beacons possible with the right tech.
 * multiplayer could have varied approaches? 3 small ships v.s. 1 large etc.

Strategies would vary widely on which faction, tactics, gear and ships were chosen. I haven't played Wasteland 2 but I imagine something similar combat wise.

What do you think? This could even work as a multiplayer fps, the anti-grav aspect of it could be interesting as well a crew members providing support from a support ship.

  DevBlog #12 - Random ship generation and new screenshots.

It's been a while! But fear not, silence means we are busy being hard at work Smile We've been working on a random ship generation system. It was quite a large task since we had to determine rules for how we want ships to generally look like and have some logic to it all. Things like crew rooms being their own section, instead of scattered around all over the ship. Engine room should obviously be in the back of the ship, not in the middle. Command center looks good at the front of the ship, but can be put at other sections of the ship as well.

This system will give you the opportunity to explore a refreshing amount of randomly generated ship wrecks, and face other groups fleeing from Earth with their own ships.

The system will not only allow for how the content could be shuffled within a ship, but also the structure of the ship itself. With it being larger or smaller depending on the seed. In the gfycat above we show our first test of random content generation in a ship.

In addition to the random ship generation system we have worked on the lighting system and made it better. Enjoy these new screenshots, which shows how the game is looking currently.

  A game with great potential!

This game is more decent than I thought and I believe it could expand. I didn't expect I would end up playing a game where I could have to survive and make difficult decisions about my strategies. 

My only problem was the slight repetition as I have to take over different maps and doing the same thing over and over again with different enemies. I would like if there would be one specific well-thought out map that system I could actually stay in as there would many factions going against each other as they battle off-screen. As in, a big map that evolves over time as the map progresses without the need to go to a different one. I would like to have an alliance system such as joining forces with my former enemies or going against my former allies or they betray me to go over to a different faction. Also  to see my allies to have their own factory to build up their army as I do the same and conquer the map. Once the map was conquered, it would be interesting to have someone in your own group to decided to rebel, and now you would have to maintain order. Another addition would be to have enemy commanders and ally commanders to have their own personality just to create some more depths because the nemesis only hunts me down and it only shows up in certain maps. In fact it would be interesting to see factories or stations to create resources for me or in the least, conquered areas making resources as a reward for taking it over, but a consequence if the enemies were the ones to take over. Lastly, it would be interesting to command different fleets and have them send over to different regions before the enemies shows up and strengthen their defenses. 

I do get a feeling it would be a lot of work and time. But if the sequel of the game was like I wanted or in the least have some part of it, I would buy it without any hesitation.
