Seems it has indeed been very rare. We'll tweak the values to increase the chance of a hypersleep chamber aboard derelict ships! Hope it doesn't go overboard now

It'd probably be good for hypersleep chambers to be more common in the early sectors, and maybe even have 1 guaranteed spawn. They don't need to be as thickly packed later on when the ball gets rolling and the ship can travel more quickly.
