meteoroid clouds, radiation fields and maybe NAV system failure which could lead to vehicle fatigue or being knocked off course so you go closer to your destination's Star? Also extra dimensional beings who are like vampires. They feed off electrical energy and depending on the state of your vessel they could attack members of your crew?
