If you are playing on Steam go ahead and delete your "user, "save" and "cache" files in the steam install folder.

You also need to turn off the Steam cloud feature in Steam for Harbinger, otherwise Steam will download the save files from cloud to your computer once you start the game again

Se delete those and turn off Steam cloud.
