We are not associated with them in any way. Gave the game a look, seems everything is alright.

Do you mean the outline "sprites". Since that game doesn't really seem to have any detailed ship sprites, instead it has gray blocks
and outlines depicting ships. If they happen to have similarly designed outlines that is ok, it is not something to go fight over
