Crash during Window Switching

Hey guys.

So I have a crash report attached if that helps. Space haven seems to crash when I switch windows (Alt + Tab) but strange enough only when I use the combination of 2 other programs running (Voicemeeter and OBS). I have tested each individually and space haven seems to be normal, however using both programs simultaneously, Space Haven crashes without error popups (Only logs). 

This does not happen to any other game, even with higher CPU/GPU uses, so it removes the idea of hardware problems. All my drivers are up to date, including software. Any idea what the issue could be?
