When none of your crew have a particular skill

I started a game where none of my crew members had any farming skill and I didn't notice until after I had built a food grower and none of them could use it (which is odd since one had been a florist, but I guess backstory modifiers haven't been programmed in yet).
I think crew should at least be able to attempt something if they have zero skill, even if they'll do badly at it. Otherwise have some way to get a skill up to one, like a computer library or something.


Or at least a check that your starting crew has at least one person that can do each task type.
